School Facility

The Elementary School building is the showpiece of the AIS/D campus. It houses 17 general classrooms, art room, music room, computer lab, South Asian Studies room, science lab, ESL and special education rooms, Elementary School Library, and the principal's and counselor's offices.

All classrooms are air conditioned, back-up generator supported, and equipped with Internet access computer. In addition, the cafeteria (hot lunches served daily), 250-seat auditorium, three gyms (one containing a climbing wall), heated pool, two playgrounds, athletic field and a medical clinic are available to the Elementary School program. This spacious, purpose-built facility provides a bright, inviting, functional environment for the rich and comprehensive instructional program.
