The American International School/Dhaka will offer a four week summer school program for students from the ages of 4-12. This program will run from Sunday, June 17th through Thursday, July 12th.
These learning experiences will include math, language arts, ESL, french, science, music, drama, cooking, arts and crafts, swimming, soccer, basketball, a weekly clubhouse and field trips.
Sessions offered:
Option 1 - Full Day Program: 9:00am - 2:30pm
The program includes three hours of academics followed by a 30 minute lunch break and then will continue with a two hour sports camp that will include swimming, soccer and basketball. The cost of the program for a minimum one week period is $ 200, two week period is $350 or $600 for the entire four week session for the full day program.
Option 2 - Academics 9:00am - 12:00pm
The program will deliver learning opportunities in english, french, math, science, music & drama, computer studies and arts and crafts. The cost of the program for a minimum one week period is $ 175, two week period is $300 or $500 for the entire four week session for the academic program.
Option 3 - Sports 12:30pm - 2:30pm
This session offers sports activities aimed at developing a sound mind and body. Swimming, soccer and basketball are the three sports in which students will be involved. The cost of the program for a minimum one week period is $75, two week period is $125 or $200 for the entire four week session for the sports program.
Transportation:
Bus transportation will be provided for students living in the Gulshan, Banani and Baridhara areas only.
Registration
Registration forms are available from the Registrar�s office or visit the school web site, http://www.ais-dhaka.net. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required with your registration form to secure a place as class sizes will be limited.
Last date of registration: June 3rd, 2007.
After June 4th, we will accept registration only on the basis of space available.
