ABOUT THE MIDDLE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL’S POSITION
Responsibilities Include:
- Working as part of an administrative team with the other divisional principals and superintendent
- Being the instructional leader of the Middle School
- Overseeing and supervising the work of the Middle School staff
- Implementing a shared leadership model and working with Middle School teams
- Assisting the administrative team in overseeing and reporting on the school’s strategic plan indicators
- Assisting the administrative team in the development and oversight of an annual budget
- Communicating effectively with staff, students and parents on matters of concern to the Middle School community
- Developing and administering a flexible Middle School master schedule
- Planning for continuous Middle School program growth and development

Short-listed candidates will be contacted and invited for interview in Dhaka in early November. The school reserves the right to make an appointment prior to the above stated timeline, should an exceptional candidate be identified during the search process.
